Patrick McEnroe is a former professional tennis player with an estimated net worth of $3 million. He is also the former captain of the United States Davis Cup team.

Patrick John McEnroe was born on July 1, 1966 in Manhasset, New York. He is the younger brother of John McEnroe, also a retired professional tennis player. He started playing while he was in elementary school where John also played. He won his first major competition in the French Junior doubles with Luke Jensen and the USTA Boys’ 18 National and Clay Court titles in 1984. Since then, he has won more junior titles and a Gold in Doubles at the Pan American Games in 1987.

Mr. McEnroe became a professional player in 1989 after he graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Political Science. He has won the French Open Men’s Doubles title and the Masters doubles titles with Jim Grabb. Frequently overshadowed by his older brother’s success and fiery temper, he claims that he enjoyed a moderately successful tennis career.

Patrick reached the semi-finals at the Australian Open in 1991 and the quarterfinals at the U.S. Open in 1995. He also won the singles competition at the Sydney Outdoor Championships in 1995, his first and only career singles title. His doubles career was far more successful. He reached the finals at the French Open in 1991. He won the French Open and the Tour Finals in 1989. He retired in 1998.
