American baseball player Doug Reinhardt and television personality has an estimated net worth of $3.5 million. Born Douglas Francis Reinhart on October 22, 1984 in Torrance, California, he has been playing organized baseball since the age of four. When he was attending Santa Margarita Catholic High School, he gained the attention of both college and professional scouts. He planned to attend the University of Southern California (USC) but he turned down a baseball scholarship to sign with the Los Angeles Angels. He was their eighth pick during the 2004 Major League Baseball (MLB) Draft where he played for three years. However, he had several knee injuries that often required surgery. He only batted .201 with 52 hits, 2 home runs, and 17 runs batted in for 88 games. By 2007, he was released by the Angels and was picked up after by the Baltimore Orioles.
Reinhardt has appeared in the reality TV show The Hills and has dated Lauren Conrad. Currently, he is engaged to his high school sweetheart Allie Lutz. In 2010, he released a series of fitness DVDs called The Doug Reinhardt Kettlebell System along with the co-creator and instructor Owen Evans. He is also the CEO of two technology companies. In 2005, he launched Fugen Mobile, LLC, a leading North American company that specializes in providing global mobile messaging services and applications for consumer and enterprise markets; and Fun Facter, a company that licenses, creates, publishes and distributes across the US a broad range of premium mobile content. Between 2008 and 2010, he has gained experience in multi-family real estate while working with Entrepreneurial Properties Corporation.
